About

Jeannie is a devoted Yoga student and 200-HR RYT teacher. She practices the Ashtanga lineage, and teaches all-levels Vinyasa Yoga classes. She is also a licensed Barre Eclipse Instructor and NASM certified Personal Trainer. 

Jeannie helps people learn about their body through movement in a fun and invigorating way. Her classes have an element of dialogue and self-exploration. She encourages students to try  different techniques, so they can learn about their body and develop a practice or workout that is best for them. She teaches on alignment, and explains why certain movements are done. This allows the student to choose what supports their needs.

Across all the work she does - Yoga, personal training, and fitness classes - she focuses on sharing how to strengthen and lengthen the body to improve physical wellbeing and overcome injury. She is passionate about helping Yogis fill the gaps between their practice and the physical strength needed to feel their best and cultivate longevity in their practice. Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Flow yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind.

Barre Eclipse

Barre classes infused with deep wisdom of energetic anatomy, functional and sustainable movement, and body-reclaiming language. Every class can be done with items readily available to you in your household, and 80% of classes are accessible for beginners. This method is low-impact, fiery, and fiercely effective!

Personal Training

1:1 private strength based workouts customized to the unique needs of each client. With 100% attention paid to correcting movement patterns and building strength where it is needed, this is a powerful way to move and feel your best! Jeanne’s style combines the best of traditional strength training, Pilates, and Barre to create a balanced, low-impact workout plan. Specifically, Jeanne works with Yoga practitioners to help them fill the gaps between the repetitive movements of the Yoga practice to build holistic strength.
